The CAPSEF Leadership Award is presented by the Connecticut Association of Private Special Education Facilities at the annual Awards Evening. Since the inception just four years ago, it has become the private special education community’s most prestigious award. This award recognizes an individual whose commitment to special education has been exemplified by vision and leadership in the area of education.
