The Connecticut Association of Private Special Education Facilities (CAPSEF) is the preeminent association of state approved private special education schools in Connecticut. All our member schools have been approved by the State of Connecticut Department of Education. Our member schools provide innovative and highly individualized educational programs for outplaced special needs students that is comprehensive and cost effective.
